Our firm represents a large part of the economic and business community, assisting in the formation of companies and drafting contracts on a daily basis, including, of course, for individuals. In addition to civil law, company law, criminal law, family law, employment law and enforcement law, our firm also deals with bankruptcy and liquidation law, financial and credit institutions law, tax law, real estate law, intellectual and industrial property law. In our work, we place great emphasis on maintaining and maintaining personal contact with our clients in the course of professional administration, because the confidential nature of the mandate makes personal contact indispensable.
We assist our partners on a regular basis – often in the context of decades-long cooperation – with the legal aspects of defining their business strategy. We have developed a modern technical infrastructure that allows us to provide our customers with the most comprehensive service. Our staff work on workstations that are part of a computer network, secured only by appropriate data protection measures. All documents prepared for or used by our clients in the course of our work are converted into electronic form, with appropriate protection and in strict compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Our filing and record-keeping software fully complies with the regulations in force and those published by the Hungarian Bar Association and is suitable for providing efficient service to our clients.
We also serve our clients in Budapest, using the facilities provided by our partner office.
We also currently have a large international client base from all over the world, for whom we also provide complex tax advice. Without exception, our colleagues have an excellent command of professional English and German. We accompany them through their day-to-day activities from the start-up of the company, assisting them with our language skills and the available network of contacts. We also have legal partners in Slovakia, Austria and Germany.
